COORDINATING COMPLEX CARE FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES

Care Management Associates

For Quality, Convenience & Peace of Mind

CARE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES (CMA) manages complex medical cases when families are faced with the intense demands associated with caring for a seriously ill loved one.

What is a Care Manager?

A relatively new healthcare function, “care managers” have expertise in understanding and utilizing the health care system to maximize benefits to the individual facing serious illness or debilitation.

Whether the patient is at home or in an institutional setting, care managers can evaluate their needs, put arrangements in place, and monitor the quality of services delivered.

How Can CMA Help?

CMA provides comprehensive care management for its clients; coordinating with physicians, registered nurses, social workers, counselors and attorneys.

We are specially trained to assess the patient's entire situation—from health care to housing—and to recommend strategies for improving and maximizing the individual's quality of life and for helping him or her take advantage of the many opportunities available within the healthcare system.

We understand the Medicare and Medicaid systems, private insurance, benefits, and entitlements and ways to leverage government and charitable programs.  We know how to arrange home care and when to recommend hospice care.

Most importantly, we offer peace of mind when it comes to insuring that the best quality of care is obtained for the client.
